Shipping policy

Free shipping: All guqins are offered free shipping which takes about 16-45 days or more depending on regions is offered to many countries, such as N. America, Europe, Asia & Australasia for door-to-door delivery. For priority, customers can choose the paid service “By Air” which takes about 7-14 days (occasionally 21 days) depending on regions, delivered by international couriers like UPS, DHL, EMS & alike for the items to be sent to your doorstep.

However, due to some shipping restrictions on dimensions of product, rarely will the items be delivered by sea, also depending on the nature of the product & location for delivery.

To give customers a peace of mind, the customs tax & duty are already handled before delivery. However, be that as it may, please bear in mind that the imported countries do have absolute rights over the matters of custom tax & duty, therefore, it's totally at their discretion regarding it.
