Refunds

Concerning our refund policy, please refer to below.

  1. Our refund policy is 7 days after you've received your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange beyond that. 

  2. If you don’t receive the product, then you will receive a full refund or request us to send you a new product.

  3. For damages/defects upon receipt of your purchase, please send us a photo of the proof for the damages, price tags(if any) & the purchase invoice. Customers may be required to return the product. 
  4. We will notify you once we've received and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  5. If you received wrong item, you could choose a refund or contact us to ship a new one.

  6. If the product not as described, you will receive a full refund or partial refund.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@yanguyin.art.

NO return is accepted for accessories

Return of our instrument is accepted ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. The returned instrument and its accessories must be in unused condition, with tags (if applicable). Also, a 15% restocking fee will be added upon the return, and original free shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Customers need to bear all the possible shipping costs incurred- shipping, insurance, import taxes & etc.

What are non-returnable & non-exchangeable items?
*Furniture
*Customized/collectible items
*Items that are worn, washed, damaged, with price tag removed or missing parts
*sale/promotional items or gift card

For musical instruments returned for maintenance under warrantycustomers need to bear all the shipping related costs incurred. please contact our CS at cs@yanguyin.art.for instructions.

To give our customers a peace of mind, all the instruments and guqin table are inspected carefully for proper packaging before shipping. Equally, with the service of professional couriers, the chance of damage or loss is extremely low.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
